 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- FLOOR PLAN SHOWS AN 8" RETURN AIR DUCT. THE RETURN
 AIR DUCT SIZE SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLAN NEEDS TO BE AT
 LEAST 10" AS REQUIRED BY SEC. M1602.3 EXCEPTION #1.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 2- PROVIDE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- THE MECHANICAL WORK WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE MASTER.
 PLEASE COMPLETE THE ATTACHED REVISION FORM AND INCLUDE
 THE ADDITIONAL VALUE FOR THE MECHANICAL WORK. REVISION
 FEES WILL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY. SEC. 109.3 CITY
