 ENGINEERED FLOORING SALES BROCHURE WAS SUBMITTED.
 THE 2ND DOCUMENT SUBMITTED ON A 6 INCH CONCRETE SLAB
 WITH DENRC 2 FLOORING AND INSULATED CEILING. THIS TEST
 (RAL-TL18-308) IS FOR SOUND TRANSMISSION LOSS TO THE
 ASTM E 413-6 STANDARD.
 THE 3RD DOCUMENT SUBMITTED ON A 6 INCH CONCRETE SLAB
 WITH DENRC 2 FLOORING AND INSULATED CEILNG. THIS TEST
 (RAL-IN18-09) TO THE ASTM E-492-09.
 BOTH OF THE TEST STATE THAT THEY WERE COMPLETED WITH
 DROPPED CEILINGS. WITHIN THE DOCUMENTS THE PHOTOGRAPHS
 WERE OMITTED BY THE CUSTOMER REQUEST.
 THERE WERE NO TEST SUBMITTED FOR THE FLOOR FINISH
 CLASSIFICATION AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 804.2

 THAT TRADE. THE CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED /
 DRAWN THE SET OF PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES
 AS THE AUTHOR OF THE PLANS. PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME,
 SIGN YOUR NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE
 LICENSED IN AND PLANS DRAWN. FOR EACH TRADE THE
 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN UNDER THE TRADE
 LICENSED IN MUST PRINT THEIR NAME, SIGN THEIR NAME AND
 LICENSE NUMBER, NOTE THESE PLANS APPEAR TO BE DRAWN BY
 ONE INDUVIAL, THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE LICENSED AS A
 BUILDING, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT
 ALL THESE TRADES UNDER ONE SHEET.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
