 2. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE THE EXISTING MULLION REMAIN
 OR THE REPLACEMENT MULLION SHALL MATCH THE EXISTING
 WIDTH AND LOCATION OF THE EXISTING MULLION.
 3. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS
 WITH LOW-E COATING.
 4. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE MATCHING LITE PATTERNS AS
 EXISTING WITH AN EXTERNAL OGEE DIMENSIONAL MUNTIN. FOR
 CGI PRODUCTS, PLEASE USE THE SEMI-CONTOURED PROFILE. IF
 THE EXISTING WINDOWS DO NOT HAVE A LITE PATTERN, FOR
 WINDOWS WITH A WIDTH OF 19, USE 6-LITES; FOR WINDOWS
 WITH A WIDTH OF 35/34, USE 9-LITES.
 5. ALL WINDOW FRAMES SHALL HAVE A WHITE EXTERIOR.
