2020-04-16 09:01:071) A CLEAR AND LEGIBLE SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED SHOWING ALL PIPE SIZES, CONNECTION POINTS TO
 EXISTING PIPING, THE TYPE OF ADAPTERS USED FOR THE
 CONNECTIONS TO EXISTING PIPE, AND THE LOCATIONS OF
 REQUIRED CLEANOUTS.
 2) THE AREA ABOVE GRADE WHERE THE TUNNEL WAS DUG SHALL
 BE TREATED FOR TERMITES PER THE FBC-BUILDING SEC.1816.1
 OR FBC-RESIDENTIAL SEC. R318. A TERMITE CERTIFICATE
 SHALL BE ONSITE FOR FINAL INSPECTION. THE AREA TO BE
 TREATED SHALL EXTEND FOUR FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE
 EXCAVATION, THREE FEET OUT FROM THE BUILDING WALL AND
 TWO FEET UP THE BUILDING WALL.
 3) HOW ARE THE PIPE BRACKETS BEING ATTACHED TO THE
 WALL? INDICATE TYPE OF FASTENERS.WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC.
 107.2.1.
 4) INDICATE ON THE PLANS HOW THE PIPE STANCIONS WILL BE
 PROTECTED AGAINST CORROSION.WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC.

 5) MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE BRACKET AND
