 A. THE DASHED LINE ELEMENT IS WITHIN THE VISIBILITY
 TRIANGLE. IF THAT ELEMENT IS LESS THAN 18? NO PROBLEM,
 OTHERWISE A SLIGHT SETBACK IS NEEDED. SEE ATTACHED
 PICTURE.
 2. STOP BAR LOCATION
 A. CLEARANCE OF VISIBILITY TRIANGLE PER DOT STANDARDS
 IS ACHIEVED THROUGH THE RELOCATION OF THE STOP LINE.
 THE ORIGINAL STOP LOCATION WOULD HAVE REQUIRED FURTHER
 SETBACK.
 B. HOWEVER, STOP BAR LOCATION HAS TO BE OUTSIDE OF
 EXISTING OR FUTURE PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK (10? WIDE PER
 CITY CODE). SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW SUCH DISTANCE/WIDTH IS
 ACCOMMODATED. STOP BAR LOCATION SHALL BE REVISED IN
 CASE OF ENCROACHMENT.
 3. SIDEWALK MUST BE CONSTRUCTED ALONG PROPOSED
