 OF THE CANOPY, INDIVIDUAL METAL LETTERS MAY BE PIN
 MOUNTED ABOVE OR BELOW THE CANOPY (WITH AMBIENT
 ILLUMINATION PERMITTED), OR INTEGRATED INTO THE
 HORIZONTAL PLANE OF THE CANOPY AS PART OF THE CANOPY.
 NOTE: REGARDLESS OF THE FINAL SIGN DESIGN, THE CANOPY
 NEEDS TO BE DESIGNED TO INCORPORATE THE POWER SUPPLY,
 CONDUIT, ETC. WITHIN IT FOR ANY SIGNAGE THAT WILL BE
 MOUNTED ON THE CANOPY.
  
 B. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT OF 18 INCHES FOR A CANOPY SIGN
 UNLESS CITYPLACE RETAIL IS GRANTED A WAIVER II (MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT). THE WAIVER II MAY
 INCREASE THE SIGNS DIMENSION BY UP TO 25 PERCENT, SO
 THE LETTER HEIGHT COULD BE UP TO 22.5 INCHES, NOT 23
 INCHES AS SHOWN.
  
 C. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE WALL SIGNS (WHICH INCLUDE CANOPY SIGNS) BE
 BALANCED WITHIN THE SIGN SPACE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE SIGN TO EACH END OF THE CANOPY.
