 TIME AND ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. THE PLAN IS TOO SMALL TO READ NOTES, PLANS SHALL BE
 DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8" INCH SCALE PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENT TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.3 QUALITY OF BUILDING
 PLANS.
  
 2. THE EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM CRITERIA
 AND DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; SITE PLAN; FOUNDATION
 PLAN; FLOOR/ROOF FRAMING PLAN OR TRUSS LAYOUT; ALL
 FENESTRATION PENETRATIONS; FLASHING; AND ROUGH OPENING
 DIMENSIONS; AND ALL EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS IF APPLICABLE
 PER THE FBC WPB AMENDMENTS SEC. 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN
 REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
  
 3. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY
 ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING
 LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, THE VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 4. SIGNATURE (OR SEAL, OR TITLE BLOCK, OR ALL THREE)
 ARE NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 61G15-23.001, FLORIDA STATUTE 471. WPB AMENDMENTS TO

 5. PLEASE NOTE ON PLANS THAT BACKFLOW WILL BE UNDER A
 SEPARATE PERMIT PER THE 2017 FBC WPB A 105.1.
  
 6. A BUILDING AND ELECTRICAL PERMIT IS REQUIRED BY A
 LICENSED CONTRACTOR FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 105.1.
  
 7. PLEASE GIVE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION PER 2017 FLORIDA
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 301.1.
  
 8. PROVIDE MINIMUM SANITARY FACILITIES ACCORDING TO

 9. IF THE SHOWER PAN IS NOT RECEDED IT WILL REQUIRE
 LINING FBC R 2709.2.
  
 10. PLEASE SHOW DETAIL SHOWER PAN MUST HAVE A SLOPED
 MORTAR BED THAT IS PRE-PITCHED BENEATH PRIOR TO LINER
 INSTALLATION OF 1/4" IN PER FOOT TOWARD THE DRAIN, MUST
 HAVE DAM CORNER, BACKING AROUND THE PERIMETER AND
 BEFORE FINAL MORTAR APPLICATION PLACE SOME PEA GRAVEL
 OVER WEEP HOLES SO THE MORTAR DOES NOT COVER THEM PER
 MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATIONS.
  
 11. WHEN CHANGING TUB TO THE SHOWER WILL THERE BE A
 VALVE REPLACEMENT AND IF SO, IT MUST COMPLY WITH 2017
 FBC P SECTION 424.3. PLEASE PROVIDE A SPECIFICATION FOR
 THE SHOWER VALVE TYPE THAT COMPLIES. WPB AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL

 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
