 CLEAR GLASS. NO LOW-E, TINTING, OR PRIVACY GLASS.
 2. ALL SIDE AND REAR ELEVATION WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL
 HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E COATING. NO
 TINTED GLASS IS PERMITTED. NON-STREET FACING BATHROOM
 WINDOWS MAY HAVE OBSCURED PRIVACY GLASS.
 3. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING. ALL WINDOWS SHALL MATCH THE
 INSET/DEPTH/LOCATION OF THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS WITHIN THE
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING.
 4. ALL WINDOW MULLIONS SHALL BE RETAINED OR REPLACED
 WITH A NEW MULLION OF THE SAME WIDTH. A 1? OR 2?
 MULLION IS ACCEPTABLE AS REQUIRED.
 6. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL MATCH THE
 EXISTING LITE PATTERN.
 7. ALL EXTERIOR FRAMES SHALL BE WHITE, BRONZE, OR MATCH
 THE EXISTING COLOR.
 8. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL HAVE EXTERNAL
 DIMENSIONAL PYRAMID OR OGEE MUNTINS. FLAT MUNTINS OR

 #9, AND #11 WITH A 10 LITE PATTERN SHALL HAVE A 4/4
 LITE PATTERN. WINDOW #21, #22, AND #23 WITH A 15 LITE
 PATTERN SHALL HAVE A 15 LITE PATTERN. FOR WINDOWS THAT
 ARE CURRENTLY A PAIRED CASEMENT AND ARE CHANGING TO A
 FIXED WINDOW, SHALL HAVE A WIDER CENTER VERTICAL MUNTIN
 TO ILLUSTRATE THE APPEARANCE OF A PAIRED CASEMENT.
 7. ALL EXTERIOR FRAMES SHALL BE WHITE, BRONZE, OR MATCH
 THE EXISTING COLOR.
 8. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL HAVE EXTERNAL
