 CONDITIONS.
  
 TTHE FOLLOWING PROPOSED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, PLEASE
 CONFIRM.
  
 1. WINDOW #1 AND #2 SHALL BE EITHER 3 FIXED WINDOWS OF
 APPROXIMATELY 37 INCHES WIDE BY 75 INCHES HIGH OR SHALL
 BE AN XOX HORIZONTAL ROLLER WITH A ROUGHLY THE SAME
 DIMENSIONS FOR A TOTAL SIZE OF 111 INCHES WIDE BY 75
 INCHES HIGH.
 2. ALL FRONT ELEVATION WINDOWS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS
 ONLY. NO TINTING, PRIVACY, OR LOW-E.
 3. ALL SIDE AND REAR ELEVATION WINDOWS SHALL HAVE CLEAR
 GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E. NO TINTING OR PRIVACY.
 4. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE AN ANODIZED FINISH.
 5. ALL WINDOWS WITH A MULLION, IF A MULLION IS REQUIRED
 SHALL HAVE A MULLION OF THE SAME WIDTH AS THE EXISTING
 CONDITION.
 6. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING AND MATCH THE INSET/LOCATION/DEPTH
 OF THE ORIGINAL WINDOW.
 7. ALL PERMANENTLY MOUNTED FENESTRATION PROTECTION SUCH
 AS ACCORDION SHUTTERS SHALL BE REMOVED.
  
 STAFF RECOMMENDS NOT INSTALLING THE SCREENS TO MAINTAIN
 THE APPEARANCE OF A SINGLE PLANE THAT IS DIFFICULT TO
 MAINTAIN WITH A HORIZONTAL ROLLER WINDOW.
