 CODE, CHAPTER OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION 108.3
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR
 PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR

 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 IN THE SUBMITTED PLAN 2 OF THE WALLS BACK WALL IS A
 FIRE RATED WALL AS WELL AS THE TENANT SEPARATION WALL.
 THE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE THE TYPE OF MATERIAL USED FOR
 THE FIRE RATING OF THESE WALLS. PLEASE SHOW HOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-B SECTION 420.2 SEPARATION
 WALLS IS TO BE ACHIEVED. CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE
 PARTITIONS SHALL BE BUILT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 708.3 FIRE RESISTANCE RATING, AND 708.4 CONTINUITY.
  
 4) THESE SAME WALLS WILL ALSO NEED TO SHOW HOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH AIR-BORNE SOUND ( WALL INSULATION) WILL
