 1. FBC B 107.2.1. PLEASE IDENTIFY ON PLANS ALL TENET
 SEPARATION WALLS AND CORRIDOR SEPARATION WALLS. THE
 INTEGRITY OF ALL FIRE RATED CEILINGS, FLOORS AND WALLS
 MUST BE MAINTAINED.
 2. FBC B 107.2.1. PROVIDE DRAWING DETAIL SHOWING
 CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PROPOSED NEW SHOWER WALLS/FLOORS
 AND SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH 2509.2 AND 1210.2 FBC B.
 3. FBC B 107.2.1. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DESIGN.
 4. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TEST REPORTS FOR PROFLEX
 RCU-250. MANUFACTURER SPEC SHEETS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
 5. FBC B 1207.2, FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES SEPARATING
 DWELLING UNITS FROM EACH OTHER OR FROM PUBLIC OR
 SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS
 (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) FOR AIR
 BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 90.
 THE TEST REPORT CANNOT INCLUDE A DROPPED GYPSUM
 CEILING. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE TEST REPORT.
 6. FBC B 1207.3, FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN
 DWELLING UNITS OR BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC
 OR SERVICE AREA WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN
 IMPACT INSULATION CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN
 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 ASTM E 492. THE TEST REPORT CANNOT INCLUDE A DROPPED
 GYPSUM CEILING. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE TEST REPORT.
 7. FBC B 603.1, ALLOWABLE MATERIALS IN NON-COMBUSTIBLE
 BUILDINGS, SEE ITEM 2, EXCEPTION 2, ACOUSTICAL
 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200. SEE
 803.1.1, PROVIDE TEST DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84
 OR UL 723.
