 ("PLAN") TO SERVE AS A SUPPLEMENT TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE
 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN, TO ADDRESS EMERGENCY
 ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL IN THE EVENT OF THE LOSS OF
 PRIMARY ELECTRICAL POWER IN THAT ASSISTED LIVING
 FACILITY WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
 (A) THE ACQUISITION OF A SUFFICIENT ALTERNATE POWER
 SOURCE SUCH AS A GENERATOR(S), MAINTAINED AT THE
 ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, TO ENSURE THAT CURRENT
 LICENSEES OF ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES WILL BE
 EQUIPPED TO ENSURE AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURES WILL BE
 MAINTAINED AT OR BELOW 81 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT FOR A
 MINIMUM OF NINETY-SIX (96) HOURS IN THE EVENT OF THE
 LOSS OF PRIMARY ELECTRICAL POWER.
 (2) REFER TO SECTION 809.2 FBC-17 EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE AND PROVIDE MINIMUM VENTILATION CALCUATIONS FOR
 ALL ROOMS AND SPACES INVOLVED IN THE RENOVATION. SEE
 TABLE 403.3.1.1 FBC M AND PROVIDE A SCHEDULE THAT
 INDICATES THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED CFMS OF OUTDOOR
 AIR.
 (3) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR INSTALLATION OF THE WALL AC
 UNITS - SECTION 310.15 FBC M. INSTALLATIONS SHALL BE IN
 GUIDELINES FOR HURRICANE ZONE INSTALLATIONS OR SITE
 SPECIFIC ENGINEERING SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 (4) SHEET M-2: PLEASE UPDATE THE CODE REFERENCES LISTED
 IN THE HVAC NOTES TO THE CURRENT APPLICABLE EDITIONS OF
 THE FBC, NFPA, SMACNA AND ASHRAE.
 (5) THE $40,000 PROJECT VALUE ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 APPEARS TO BE A LOW VALUE FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS. PLEASE PROVIDE COPIES OF CONTRACTS,
 ESTIMATES, INVOICES, ETC. FOR THE ENTIRE SCOPE OF WORK
 INCLUDING ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MEP, SITE WORK,
 DESIGN FEES, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT. PLEASE NOTE VALUE IS
