 FOR DIGITALLY SIGNING AND SEALING AND FOR
 ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
 REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) SHEET 26 OF 35 SPECIAL NOTE 2 REQUIRES A FIRE
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM. IN THE 2017 FBC-B SECTIONS 420.6 AND
 903.2.8. THERE WERE NO PLANS SUBMITTED IN THIS PACKAGE.
  
 3) SHEET 26 OF 35 INDICATE WITH GENERAL NOTE D THAT THE
 EXISTING FRAME AND FABRIC AWNING ARE TO BE DEMOLISHED.
 IT APPEARS THEY ARE BEING REUSED AND THERE IS NOT
 ENOUGH INFORMATION. SHEET 34 IS A STRUCTURAL SHEET FOR
 THE LAYOUT OF THE CANOPY FOR THE FOUNDATION, WIND
 DESIGN CRITERIA IS GIVEN ON THE STRUCTURAL SHEET 33 BUT
 THERE IS NO SIZE OF THE STRUCTURAL MEMBERS, THERE IS A
 NOTE STATING THAT THE CANOPY FRAME IS STEEL BUT NO
 OTHER INFORMATION ON THE STEEL FRAMING MEMBERS NOR THE
 REQUIRED WELD INFO TO ASSEMBLE THE USED STEEL FRAME.
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE
 SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE
 QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED
 STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 AMERICAN WELDING SOCIETY.

 FOR THE PLAN OF NEW ALUMINUM WALKWAY COVER. THESE PLANS
 WERE NOT PART OF THIS SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. 107.2.1.2.

 5) WITHIN THIS PERMIT PACKAGE SUBMITTAL THERE WAS NO
 ENGINEERING FOR THE TIE DOWN INFORMATION FOR THE 180
 MILES PER HOUR WIND DESIGN. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. 2017 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS.
 LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND THEIR
 CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY METHODS OF
 STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT EQUILIBRIUM,
 GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY AND BOTH
 SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES. EVERY
 STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE OVERTURNING
 EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND LOADS.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
