 INSPECTIONS. MR. ERYSTHEE ASKED IF THE CITY INSPECTORS
 COULD DO THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS. MR. GATHRIGHT AND
 I MET WITH THE CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR THIS MORNING
 ABOUT CITY INSPECTORS DOING THIS TYPE OF INSPECTIONS.
 BOTH THE CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR AND MR. GATHRIGHT
 AGREED THAT THIS TYPE OF RESTORATION WORK WOULD REQUIRE
 A 3RD PARTY INSPECTION SERVICE (RESIDENT INSPECTOR)
 THAT COULD STAY ONSITE THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE
 RESTORATION WORK. THE FORMS SENT TO MR. RANDY ERYSTHEE

 3. LOAD CALCULATION INDICATES THAT A CONNECTED LOAD OF
 388.05 AMPS, AND A MINIMUM SERVICE SIZE OF 407 AMPS IS
 REQUIRED. THE RISER DIAGRAM SPECIFIES USING 500 KCMIL
 COPPER FOR THIS SERVICE. THIS WIRE IS RATED FOR 380
 AMPS AND IS THEREFORE UNDERSIZED FOR THE APPLICATION.
