 THIS PLAN HAS BEEN APPROVED PROVISIONALLY. THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED.
 1) THE PLAT IS REQUIRED TO BE RE-RECORDED SHOWING THE
 REQUIRED CHANGES DISCUSSED AT THE P.P.C. MEETING AND A
 REVISED SURVEY SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BEFORE THE C.O.
