 TO DISGUISE THE UTILITIES. ADDITIONALLY, THE UTILITIES
 SHALL BE PAINTED IN A COLOR THAT MINIMIZES THEIR
 VISIBILITY.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BRISTOL RESIDENTIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (RPD) SHALL CONTINUE TO ADDRESS ALL
 DEVELOPMENT ORDER CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY RESOLUTION NO.
 140-14, APPROVED ON 07.07.2014, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT
