 CONDITION(S):
 1. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR: FENCE/WALL,
 AWNINGS, GENERATOR, MECHANICAL/AC/POOL EQUIPMENT,
 IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPE, AND DRIVEWAY.
 2. THIS PERMIT DOES NOT APPROVE ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN
 DEFERRED SUCH AS THE GARAGE DOOR AND ROOFING MATERIAL.
 3. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR
 CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E COATING.
 4. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL HAVE EXTERNAL OGEE
 DIMENSIONAL MUNTINS.
 5. ALL WINDOWS FRAMES SHALL BE WHITE OR BRONZE IN
 COLOR.
 6. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE INSET WITHIN THE WINDOW FRAME
 OPENING. A FLUSH INSTALLATION WITH EXTERIOR WALL IS
 PROHIBITED.
 7. THE APPLICANT SHALL CONFIRM WITH HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION PRIOR TO PURCHASING AND INSTALLING FRONT
 DOOR AND SIDELITES.
 8. A LANDSCAPING PERMIT WILL BE SUBMITTED AND COMPLY
 WITH THE LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH. (CONDITIONAL APPROVAL FORM IS ATTACHED TO

 SHALL BE LIVING PLANT MATERIAL.
 2. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR: FENCE/WALL,
 AWNINGS, SIGNS, PARKING LOT, GENERATOR,
 MECHANICAL/AC/POOL EQUIPMENT, DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE,
 IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPE, AND DRIVEWAY. PLEASE CONFIRM
 THAT THIS IS UNDERSTOOD.
 3. PROVIDE A PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE GARAGE DOOR TO BE
 USED.
 4. THE PLANS SHOW A BARREL TILE TO BE USED. A PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR S-TILE WAS SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT.
 REVISE AND INCLUDE COLOR OF THE TILE TO BE USED.
 5. THE PLANS ILLUSTRATE A SLIDING GLASS DOOR IN THE
 REAR. A PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS NOT SUBMITTED WITH THE
 PERMIT. PLEASE INCLUDE.
