 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THAT THE
 IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE COVERED UNDER THIS PERMIT ARE AS
 FOLLOWS, PAVERS, AND DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AND BIKE RACKS.
 ONLY A SITE PLAN WAS SUBMITTED. NO MASTER NUMBER WAS
 GIVEN INDICATING THE DETAILS ARE WITHIN A SET OF PLANS.
 THERE WERE NO PLANS SUBMITTED FOR THE DUMPSTER AND
 RECYCLE ENCLOSURES.
 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS
 107.3.5.1 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS:
 107.3.5.1.1 BUILDING
 OCCUPANCY GROUP AND SPECIAL OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED.
 MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED (SEE
 TABLE 504.3, TABLE 504.4 & TABLE 506.2.
 STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE:
 SOIL CONDITIONS/ANALYSIS
 WIND REQUIREMENTS
 BUILDING ENVELOPE INCLUDING
 FOUNDATION
 BLOCK WALL, COLUMNS, CONCRETE AND RE-ENFORCING
 INCLUDING BEAM AND STEEL
  
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
 PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.

 1) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL LETTER,
 THE BICYCLE RACK PAD DETAIL AND THE BICYCLE RACKS SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS MUST CLEARLY SHOW THAT THE BICYCLE RACK IS
 CENTERED IN A PAD THAT IS SIX (6) FEET IN LENGTH AND
 THAT THERE ARE 24 INCHES FROM THE RACK TO THE EXTERIOR
 OF THE PAD ON BOTH SIDES.
  
 2) PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION FOR THE NEW BUILDING,
 SUBMIT A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT SHOWING THE CHANGES
 FROM THE ORIGINAL APPROVED PLANS FOR THE FRONT PLAZA
 AREA.
