 A9.C. THE TOTAL NET AREA OF FLOOD OPENINGS, INDICATED
 ON PLANS IS 870 S.I.; THIS ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 INDICATES (0). FLOOD VENTS ARE REQUIRED AS THIS IS A
 SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT.
 A9.D. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE PLANS SHOWS THAT
 THE FLOOD OPENINGS ARE ENGINEERED WITH FLOOD VENTS
