 1) ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL TO BE SUBMITTED AS A
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 107.3.4.2
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW
 THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A
 NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL
 CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 FOR CONCRETE ROOF TILE PLEASE IDENTIFY WHICH TYPE OF
 SUB-SYSTEM IS TO BE USED IN THE ATTACHMENT OF THE ROOF
 TILE. IF THE FOAM ADHESIVE IS TO BE USED FOR THE
 INSTALLATION PLEASE ALSO SUBMIT THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR THIS SYSTEM, IDENTIFY THE SIZE OF THE FOAM PATTY
 AND UPLIFT TO BE USED IN THIS INSTALLATION.
