 AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: THE VALUE WAS UPDATED TO $9,264. THE PERMIT FEE
 BALANCE IS $265.60.

 2) SPECIFY THE HOW THE TILE WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE
 ROOF BY CIRCLING THE FASTENER TYPE OR ADHESIVE FROM THE
 ONES LISTED IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL. IF MECHANICAL
 FASTENERS ARE TO BE USED SPECIFY THE TYPE AND NUMBER OF
 THEM. IF AN ADHESIVE IS TO BE USED SUBMIT TWO SETS OF
 CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ONE THAT WILL BE

 POLICY TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WIT THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF
