| AND WOULD NEED TO BE NARROWED, AND THERE ARE NO |
| DIMENSIONS PROVIDED ON THE PROPOSED SKETCH. |

| 2. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-482(A) OF THE CITY?S ZLDRS, A |
| MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPING SHALL BE |
| PROVIDED IN THE FRONT YARD. CALCULATIONS SHALL BE |
| PROVIDED ON THE PROPOSED SKETCH; HOWEVER, IT APPEARS |
