 DRAWINGS STATE THIS IS AN EXISTING CMU WALL, HOWEVER IS
 THESE ARE HOLLOW BLOCKS, ARE GOING TO BE FILL WITH
 GROUT, IS A NEW REBAR GOING IN? PLEASE SPECIFY. FBC 107
