 2. THE POOL SHALL BE ENCLOSED BY A FENCE OR SIMILAR
 STRUCTURE WHICH IS INSTALLED TO OBSTRUCT ACCESS BY
 PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNERS OR OCCUPANTS OF THE
