 NOT THE COMPANY THAT PRODUCED THE DRAWINGS FOR THIS
 ADDITION PLEASE REMOVE THEIR TITLE BLOCK AND HAVE THE
 RESPONSIBLE PARTY PUT THEIR NAME AND SIGNATURE ON THE

 FOR BUILDING FINAL.
 - ADD EPL CARD TO ENERGY CALCULATION SUBMITTAL. THIS IS
 IN THE MANDATORY CATEGORY FOR ALL COMPLIANCE TYPES.

 PROPOSED AND REFERENCE SECTION R308 FOR STANDARDS.
 - HOW WILL TERMITE PROTECTION BE PROVIDED AT EXISTING

 8) 403.4 FBC[R] EXTERIOR FOOTINGS SHALL BE PLACED NOT
 LESS THAN 12 INCHES BELOW THE UNDISTURBED GROUND
 SURFACE. WHERE APPLICABLE, THE DEPTH OF FOOTINGS SHALL
 ALSO CONFORM TO SECTIONS R403.1.4.1 THROUGH R403.1.4.2.

 1/2-INCH-DIAMETER (12.7 MM) ANCHOR BOLTS. BOLTS SHALL
 EXTEND A MINIMUM OF 7 INCHES (178 MM) INTO CONCRETE OR

 WHERE REQUIRED BY SECTIONS R317 AND R318. EXCEPTIONS:
 - SHEET A-2 SHOW DOUBLE SILL CONNECTED WITH 5 INCH
 TAPCONS. AFTER 3 INCHES OF WOOD THAT WOULD BE 1 1/2
 EMBEDMENT INTO 4 IN SLAB THAT SITS ON TOP OF EXISTING
 FOOTER. FBC 403.1.6 CALLS FOR 7 INCHES OF EMBEDMENT OF
 1/2 INCH ANCHOR BOLT 6' O.C. THIS WOULD HELP TIE
 EXISTING SLAB, NEW 4 INCH SLAB AND SILL PLATE. PLEASE
 SPECIFY ANCHOR BOLT TO MEET 403.1.6.
  
 11) 806 FBC[R] SUPPLY VENTING CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 ATTIC AND HOW THE AREA OF VENTING WILL BE ACHIEVED, OR
 FOLLOW R805.5 FOR UNVENTED.
 - ARE THE ROOF JOISTS VENTED?
  
 12) 806.5 FBC[R] UNVENTED ATTIC AND UNVENTED ENCLOSED
 RAFTER ASSEMBLIES. 5.1.2. WHERE AIR-PERMEABLE
 INSULATION IS PROVIDED INSIDE THE BUILDING THERMAL
 ENVELOPE, IT SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 5.1.1. IN ADDITION TO THE AIR-PERMEABLE
 INSULATION INSTALLED DIRECTLY BELOW THE STRUCTURAL
 SHEATHING, RIGID BOARD OR SHEET INSULATION SHALL BE
 INSTALLED DIRECTLY ABOVE THE STRUCTURAL ROOF SHEATHING
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE R-VALUES IN TABLE R806.5 FOR
 CONDENSATION CONTROL.

 13) 107.3.4.1 FBC[AMENDED] PROVIDE PRODUCT (P.A.)
 APPROVALS FOR SLIDING GLASS DOOR. IF NON IMPACT PROVIDE
 P.A. FOR SHUTTER PROTECTION
  
 14) 107.3.4.1 FBC[AMENDED] PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR ROOFING, OR INDICATE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE THEM
 DEFERED.
 - IF DEFERRED THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR FLAT ROOF WILL
 NEED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH ROOFING SUB PERMIT.

 (0.5 MM) (NO. 26 GALVANIZED SHEET GAGE),
 CORROSION-RESISTANT WEEP SCREED OR PLASTIC WEEP SCREED,
 WITH A MINIMUM VERTICAL ATTACHMENT FLANGE OF 31/2
 INCHES (89 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED AT OR BELOW THE
 FOUNDATION PLATE LINE ON EXTERIOR STUD WALLS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM C926. THE WEEP SCREED SHALL BE
 PLACED NOT LESS THAN 4 INCHES (102 MM) ABOVE THE EARTH
 OR 2 INCHES (51 MM) ABOVE PAVED AREAS AND SHALL BE OF A
 TYPE THAT WILL ALLOW TRAPPED WATER TO DRAIN TO THE
 EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. THE WEATHER-RESISTANT BARRIER
 SHALL LAP THE ATTACHMENT FLANGE. THE EXTERIOR LATH
 SHALL COVER AND TERMINATE ON THE ATTACHMENT FLANGE OF
 THE WEEP SCREED.
  
 16) 703.7.3 FBC[R] WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS.
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS SHALL BE INSTALLED AS REQUIRED
 IN SECTION R703.2 AND,
 - THIS CALLS FOR 15 # FELT OVER THE PLYWOOD.
  
 17) 703.2 FBC[R] WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER. ONE LAYER OF
 NO. 15 ASPHALT FELT, FREE FROM HOLES AND BREAKS,
 COMPLYING WITH ASTM D226 FOR TYPE 1 FELT OR OTHER
 APPROVED WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER SHALL BE APPLIED OVER
 STUDS OR SHEATHING OF ALL EXTERIOR WALLS.
