 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC 107.2.1 PROVIDE THE MODEL NUMBERS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS OF THE HEATING AND COOLING EQUIPMENT IN
 AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE ON THE MECHANICAL PLAN THAT
 CORRESPONDS WITH THE EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS.
  
 2) FBC-R - M1305.1.3 APPLIANCES IN ATTICS.
 ATTICS CONTAINING APPLIANCES SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AN
 OPENING AND A CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED PASSAGEWAY LARGE
 ENOUGH TO ALLOW REMOVAL OF THE LARGEST APPLIANCE, BUT
 NOT LESS THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) HIGH AND 22 INCHES
 (559 MM) WIDE AND NOT MORE THAN 6 FEET (1829 MM) LONG
 MEASURED ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF THE PASSAGEWAY FROM
 THE OPENING TO THE APPLIANCE. THE PASSAGEWAY SHALL HAVE
 CONTINUOUS SOLID FLOORING IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 5
 NOT LESS THAN 24 INCHES (610 MM) WIDE. A LEVEL SERVICE
 SPACE AT LEAST 30 INCHES (762 MM) DEEP AND 30 INCHES
 (762 MM) WIDE SHALL BE PRESENT ALONG ALL SIDES OF THE
 APPLIANCE WHERE ACCESS IS REQUIRED. THE CLEAR ACCESS
 OPENING DIMENSIONS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 20 INCHES BY
 30 INCHES (508 MM BY 762 MM), AND LARGE ENOUGH TO ALLOW
 REMOVAL OF THE LARGEST APPLIANCE.
  
 3) FBC-R - M1305.1.3.1 ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS.
 A LUMINAIRE CONTROLLED BY A SWITCH LOCATED AT THE
 REQUIRED PASSAGEWAY OPENING AND A RECEPTACLE OUTLET
 SHALL BE INSTALLED AT OR NEAR THE APPLIANCE LOCATION IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 34.
  
 4) THE SECOND FLOOR MECHANICAL PLAN SHOWS A 15" WIDE
 DUCT CHASE FOR THE RETURN AND SUPPLY AIR FOR THE FIRST
 FLOOR. THE RETURN DUCT FROM THE FIRST FLOOR IS SHOWN AS
 18". THE CHASE IS TOO SMALL TO ACCOMADATE THE 18" DUCT.

 2) P2709.3INSTALLATION.
 LINING MATERIALS SHALL BE SLOPED ONEFOURTH UNIT
 VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2-PERCENT SLOPE) TO
 WEEP HOLES IN THE SUBDRAIN BY MEANS OF A SMOOTH,
 SOLIDLY FORMED SUBBASE, SHALL BE PROPERLY RECESSED AND
 FASTENED TO APPROVED BACKING SO AS NOT TO OCCUPY THE
 SPACE REQUIRED FOR THE WALL COVERING, AND SHALL NOT BE
 NAILED OR PERFORATED AT ANY POINT LESS THAN 1 INCH
 (25.4 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED THRESHOLD.
 3) P2801.6REQUIRED PAN.
 WHERE A STORAGE TANK-TYPE WATER HEATER OR A HOT WATER
 STORAGE TANK IS INSTALLED IN A LOCATION WHERE WATER
 LEAKAGE FROM THE TANK WILL CAUSE DAMAGE
 4) P2801.6.2PAN DRAIN TERMINATION.
 THE PAN DRAIN SHALL EXTEND FULL-SIZE AND TERMINATE OVER
 A SUITABLY LOCATED INDIRECT WASTE RECEPTOR OR SHALL
 EXTEND TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING AND TERMINATE
 NOT LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM) AND NOT MORE THAN 24
 INCHES (610 MM) ABOVE THE ADJACENT GROUND SURFACE.
 5) P2804.6.1REQUIREMENTS FOR DISCHARGE PIPE.
 THE DISCHARGE PIPING SERVING A PRESSURE-RELIEF VALVE,
 TEMPERATURE RELIEF VALVE OR COMBINATION VALVE SHALL
 DISCHARGE INTO THE ROOM THE WATER HEATER SERVES.
