 1) HOW MANY STORIES ARE IN THE BUILDING WHERE THE
 PROPOSED SIGN WILL BE LOCATED?
 PURSUANT TO ORD. NO.: 3198-98, HAVERHILL COMMERCE PARK
 IPD - BUILDING SIGNS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE EXTERIOR
 FACE OF EACH BUILDING FOR TENANTS OCCUPYING SPACE IN
 THAT BUILDING. SIGNAGE ON THE EXTERIOR FACES SHALL BE
 LIMITED TO THE EXPOSURE FACING THE INTERIOR ROADS IN
 THE PARK EXCEPT FOR THOSE LOTS FRONTING ON HAVERHILL
 ROAD WHICH MAY ALSO DISPLAY SIGNAGE ON THE BUILDING
 EXPOSURE FACING HAVERHILL ROAD. SIGNAGE SPACE WILL BE
 ALLOWED FOR ALL TENANTS WITHIN AN AREA NO CLOSER THAN 1
 FOOT OF THE ROOFLINE AND NO LOWER THAN 1 FOOT ABOVE THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE WALL. HOWEVER, THE TOTAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF THE SIGNAGE ON EACH BUILDING SHALL NOT
 EXCEED THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOWED BY THE CODE OF
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH. WHEN MORE THAN ONE TENANT
 SIGN IS USED ON ONE BUILDING, EACH TENANT SIGN SHALL BE
 CONSISTENT IN SIZE AND PLACEMENT.
