 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE DRAWING. SPECIFY THE
 LENGTH, WIDTH AND HEIGHT OF THE GARAGE ON THE DRAWING.
 THE LOCATION/ADDRESS OF THE PROJECT IS REQUIRED ON THE
 DRAWINGS. THE EXTENT OF THE ROOF REPAIR WORK IS NOT
 CLEAR. SPECIFY THE COMPLETE SCOPE OF WORK ON THE
 DRAWINGS. IDENTIFY THE SPECIFIC JOIST HANGERS AND/OR
 TRUSS ANCHORS THAT WILL BE USED ON THE DRAWINGS. FBC

 2) FBC 107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED,
 FL10450-R10, FOR THE TARCO ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT IS
 REQUIRED TO BE COVERED BY A PREPARED ROOF COVER, SUCH
 AS ASPHALT SHINGLES, TILE, METAL, WOOD SHAKES,ETC. AND
 CAN NOT BE LEFT EXPOSED. THE DRAWING APPEARS TO SHOW A
 MINERAL SURFACED ROLL ROOFING PRODUCT OVER 30 # FELT.
 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 APPROPRIATE ROOFING MATERIALS. FBC 107.3.4
  
 4) THE VALUE APPEARS TO BE TOO LOW AND WILL BE ADJUSTED
 WHEN THE REQUIRED INFORMATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. FBC
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
