 AND LABELED WITH PROOF OF INSPECTION FROM SITE WHERE
 MANUFACTURED. THIS LEAVES, IN ADDITION TO CHECKING THE
 LABEL FOR COMPLIANCE, ONLY A FOUNDATION INSPECTION
 WHICH IS COMMONLY COMPLETED USING HELICAL PILES AND
 STRAPS.
  
 1. SUBMIT AN ENGINEERED SIGNED AND SEALED FOUNDATION
 PLAN, REGARDLESS OF HELICAL PILES OR REINFORCED
 CONCRETE FOOTINGS.
 2. SUBMIT ENGINEERED SIGNED AND SEALED PLANS FOR THE
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS (FLOOR, WALLS, & ROOF FRAMING)
 INCLUDING CALCULATIONS.
 3. SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR DOORS, WINDOWS, AND
 ROOFING SYSTEM.
 4. A SUB-PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING THAT WILL BE INSTALLED.
  
 ALSO, THE COMMENTS FROM THE ZONING PLAN REVIEW NEED TO
 BE ADDRESSED.
