 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE
 PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT
 SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 2. PLAN SUBMITTED HAS DEMENSIONS IN INCHES ONLY. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
 3. IT IS RECOMMNENDED THAT THE GATE POST BE EMBEDDED IN
 CONCRETE. THE POST WILL NOT SUPPORT THE WEIGHT OF THE
 WOOD GATES.

 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
