 MISCELLANEOUS INSPECTION FOR RETAINING WALL AND PAVER'S
 ON 09/12/18. IT LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS WITH
 WATER DRAINING INTO NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY. THEREFORE, KEN
 CONRAD REQUESTED THE FOLLOWING "A DRAINAGE CERTIFICATE
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED AT FINAL". CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE
 "DRAINAGE CERTIFICATE" AT FINAL INSPECTION AS REQUESTED
 BY KEN CONRAD.
 NOTE: COORDINATE WITH KEN CONRAD (CHIEF BUILDING

 REQUESTED BY KEN CONRAD SHOWING THAT THE DRAIN SURFACE
 WATER IS KEPT WITHIN THE LOT AND IS DIVERTED TO AN
 APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION. SEC. R401.3
