 SEE FBC EB 706.1.1. ONLY 25% OF THE ROOF CAN BE
 REPAIRED; OTHERWISE A REROOF IS REQUIRED. IT APPEARS
 THAT A REROOF IS PROPOSED AS UNDERLAYMENT NOA WAS
 PROVIDED.
  
 EITHER PROVIDE A NEW PERMIT APPLICATION WHICH INDICATES
 THAT SCOPE OF WORK IS "REROOF, REPLACE EXISTING TILE
 ROOF WITH NEW" OR PROVIDE A PLAN WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS
 SCOPE OF WORK - SQUARE FOOT AREA, AREA TO BE REPLACED,
 SCOPE OF REPLACEMENT (TILES ONLY AS APPLICATION
 INDICATES OR REPLACEMENT OF UNDERLAYMENT AND TILES),
 TOTAL SQUARE FOOT AREA OF ROOF.
  
 2. ON THE TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL, INDICATE WHICH METHOD
 OF ATTACHMENT IS PROPOSED (PADDY SIZE).
