 COMMISSION APPROVED PLANS. THE DESIGN TEAM STATED THAT
 THE HORIZONTAL AREAS AT THE ALUMINUM LOUVER SYSTEM
 WOULD NOT BE VISIBLE, BUT HAVE PROVIDED NO PROOF TO
 THIS STATEMENT, SO THIS AREA (THE BUILT UP FRAMED CURB)
 MUST INCLUDE THE COOPER ROOF MATERIAL. SEE STAFF
 MARK-UP OF THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS.
