 THE BOUNDARIES OF SUCH DEVELOPMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 FOOT CANDLE VALUES AT AND JUST BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE
 AND NOT AT THE CURB LINE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 STANDARD. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY LINE IS AT THE
 BACK OF THE SIDEWALK AND NOT AT THE CURB.
