 WATERWAY.
 P. LIGHTING. ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING MAY BE INSTALLED ON A
 DOCK FOR SECURITY OR SAFETY BUT SHALL NOT LIGHT
 SURROUNDING PROPERTIES. BLINKING OR INTERMITTENT LIGHTS
