 1) PER CHAPTER 18 (NFPA 1): FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS
 SHALL HAVE AN UNOBSTRUCTED WIDTH OF NOT LESS THAN 20
 FEET AND AN UNOBSTRUCTED VERTICAL CLEARANCE OF NOT LESS
 THAN 13 FEET 6 INCHES.
  
 2) IF ACCESS GATES WILL BE SECURED BY A LOCK AND/OR
 CHAIN, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A KNOX KEY PADLOCK BY
 PROVIDED FOR EMERGENCY ACCESS.
  
 3) FENCING SHALL NOT BE PLACED IN A MANNER THAT
 OBSTRUCTS ACCESS TO ANY FIRE HYDRANTS AND/OR FIRE

 1) THE APPLICATION STATES THAT THE POSTS WILL BE DRIVEN
 INTO THE GROUND AND THE FENCE DETAIL SHEET SHOWS 18
 INCH BURIED POSTS; HOWEVER THE PHOTO SHOWING THE FENCE
 DETAILS IS OF A FENCE SITTING ON THE GROUND WITH FEET
 AND SANDBAGS. ALL PLANS AND DETAIL MUST BE CONSISTENT.
  
 2) THE CITY UTILITIES EASEMENT CONSENT APPROVAL WAS NOT
 PROVIDED (2 COPIES OF THE FPU WERE INCLUDED).
  
 3) SCREENING DETAILS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE PERMIT APPLICATION. WIND
 SCREENING SHALL BE SUBSTANTIAL ENOUGH TO AVOID RIPS OR
 TEARS DUE TO WIND OR SUN, AND SHALL HAVE NO LESS THAN
 85 PERCENT OPACITY.
  
 4) TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES MAY NOT BE ERECTED
 UNTIL A DEMOLITION PERMIT OR BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE
 LAND DISTURBING CONSTRUCTION OR LAND DEVELOPMENT
 ACTIVITIES HAS BEEN ISSUED, AND NO MORE THAN TEN DAYS
 PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF LAND DISTURBING
 CONSTRUCTION OR LAND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES. ZONING
 STAFF HAS NO RECORD OF A DEMOLITION OR BUILDING PERMIT
 SUBMITTED FOR WORK IN THE AREA OF THE TEMPORARY
