 DETAIL ON THE PLAN.
  
 3) THE AERIAL OF THE EXISTING SITE SHOWS 21 PARKING
 SPACES ON THE SITE, BUT THE NEW STRIPPING PLAN ONLY
 SHOWS 19 PARKING SPACES ON SITE. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 BREAKDOWN OF THE USES FOR THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING
 SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT ONLY 19 PARKING SPACES
 (OR LESS) ARE REQUIRED FOR THE BUILDING RENOVATION.
  
 4) THE SITE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE ONE CITY CODE COMPLIANT
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACE.
  
 5) THE SITE DOES NOT SHOW A DUMPSTER. HOW IS GARBAGE
 HANDLED FOR THE BUSINESSES ON THE SITE?
  
 6) THE REQUIRED 10 FOOT BY 25 FOOT LOADING SPACE NEEDS
 TO BE DESIGNATED ON THE SITE PLAN - STAFF SUGGESTS IN
 FRONT OF THE EASTERNMOST ROLL UP DOOR.
