 CLARIFY WHAT STORAGE GROUP THIS WILL BE ACCORDING TO
 FBC 311 WHAT WILL BE STORED IN THIS BUILDING. SEE FBC
 311.2 MODERATE HAZARD STORAGE GROUP S 1 AND FBC 311.3
 LOW HAZARD STORAGE GROUP S-2.
  
 4. PROVIDE TRUSS ENGINEERING. FBC 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN
 REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
  
 PRODUCT APPROVALS:
  
 FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, ROOFING, OVERHEAD DOOR, ENTRY DOOR AND
 SKYLIGHTS.
  
 ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN SUBMIT THESE LATER AS A DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL BY LISTING THEM ON THE COVER SHEET.
  
 FBC 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS.
 FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS
 ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE
 NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT
 ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A
 SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
