 REQUESTS A VARIANCE TO RELOCATE THE SIGN; HOWEVER, THIS
 REQUIRES THE SUBMITTAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNING DIVISION. THE PLANNING
 DIVISION WILL REVIEW THE APPLICATION AND IF THE NEW
 LOCATION COMPLIES WITH THE CITY MASTER SIGN PLAN
