 1) IT APPEARS THAT ACCESS TO ROSEMARY AVE, HIBISCUS
 STREET, AND GARDENIA STREET WILL BE BLOCKED /
 RESTRICTED. ACCESS BY EMERGENCY SERVICES MAY NOT BE
 BLOCKED OR DELAYED FOR ANY REASON. ANY ROAD ACCESS
 BARRIERS THAT ARE USED, SHALL BE EASILY AND QUICKLY
 REMOVEABLE WITHOUT THE USE OF SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR
 EQUIPMENT.
  
 2) STAFF / SECURITY PERSONNEL SHALL BE PLACED AT ALL
 LOCATIONS THAT ARE MARKED ON THE SITE PLAN AS ACCESS
 BARRIERS TO THE MAIN ROADS -- ROSEMARY, HIBISCUS, FERN,
 GARDENIA, AND OKEECHOBEE) TO ASSIST WITH CLEARING THE
 WAY FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLES. AT NO TIME, WHILE
 THESE ACCESS POINTS ARE BLOCKED, SHALL THEY BE LEFT
 UNATTENDED OR CONTAIN A BARRIER THAT IS NOT EASILY AND
 QUICKLY REMOVEABLE.
  
 3) HIBISCUS STREET, GARDENIA STREET, AND ROSEMARY AVE.
 ARE CONSIDERED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS AND SHALL
 MAINTAIN A CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED WIDTH OF 20 FEET, AT
 ALL TIMES. VEHICLES, TENTS, VENDORS, ACTIVITY STATIONS,
 ETC., MAY NOT BE PARKED/PLACED IN A MANNER THAT
 MINIMIZES THE 20 FOOT ACCESS REQUIREMENT. THE 20 FOOT
 REQUIRED ACCESS WIDTH SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES;
 PRIOR, DURING, AND AFTER THE EVENT.
  
 4) CROWD CONTROL MANAGERS SHALL BE STAFFED, TO ASSIST
 WITH CLEARING CROWDS TO MAINTAIN SAFETY OF PATRONS, AND
 ASSIST WITH EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACCESSIBILITY, AS
 NEEDED.
  
 5) ANY AND ALL MOBILE FOOD VENDORS SHALL BE PROPERLY
 LICENSED AND EQUIPPED WITH ANY AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE
 SAFETY SYSTEMS IN PLACE (HOOD SUPPRESSION, FIRE
 EXTINGUISHERS, ETC.), AS REQUIRED PER NFPA 1, NFPA.
 101, AND NFPA 96. A FIRE INSPECTION MAY BE CONDUCTED AT
 ANY TIME. VENDORS WITH VIOLATIONS THAT CANNOT BE
 QUICKLY RESOLVED AND CORRECTED, MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
