 3.) ONE SIGN IS PERMITTED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS
 OCCUPANT. THE SIZE OF THE SIGN AREA IS DEPENDENT ON THE
 BUILDING FACADE AREA OF THE TENANT SPACE. PLEASE

 4.) THE MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA OF THE SIGNS MOUNTED ON
