 THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE

 VIOLATIONS. BASED ON THE PLUMBING DRAWING THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED IT APPEARS THE PERSON THAT PRODUCED THE
 PLUMBING RISER DIAGRAM IS NOT PROFICIENT WITH THESE
 DRAWINGS. PLEASE CONSULT A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WITH A
 WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCING PLUMBING CODE COMPLIANT
 RISER DIAGRAMS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) NO MORE THAN TWO WATER CLOSETS ARE ALLOWED TO BE WET
 VENTED. FBCR-P3108.1
  
 3) ONE OF THE WATER CLOSETS IS DRAWN WITH A TRAP. WATER
 CLOSETS HAVE INTEGRAL TRAPS. FBCR-P3201.6 FIXTURES
 SHALL NOT BE DOUBLE TRAPPED.
  
 4) THE KITCHEN SINK IS DRAWN AS A VENT WITH A TRAP AT
 THE BOTTOM OF IT. THE P-TRAPS ARE LOCATED ON THE WASTE

 5) THE WASHING MACHINE IS DRAWN WITH THE TRAP AT THE
 LEVEL OF THE BUILDING DRAIN. THE CLOTHES WASHER STAND
 PIPE TYPICALLY TIES INTO ITS VENT PIPE ABOVE THE FLOOR
 LEVEL BECAUSE THE STAND PIPE CAN BE NO LONGER THAN 42
