 ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT
 PEDESTRIAN BLADE SIGNS SHALL NOT BE WITHIN SIX INCHES
 OF A NEUTRAL PIER. THE ELEVATION PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW
 VERIFICATION OF THIS STANDARD.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN LIMITS THE SIZE OF
 THE PEDESTRIAN BLADE SIGN PANEL TO FOUR (4) SQUARE
 FEET. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THE TABLE LISTS THE SIGN
 SQUARE FOOTAGE AS 5.14 SQUARE FEET, YET THE SIGN
 DIMENSIONS RESULT IN A 3.44 SQUARE FOOT SIGN.
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN DOES NOT ALLOW
 PEDESTRIAN BLADE SIGNS TO BE LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR OF
 THE ARCADES. PLEASE VERIFY THAT THIS SIGN IS UNDER THE
 ARCADE.
