 SHOULD INCLUDE VERTICAL DATUM (EL 7 NGVD29).
  
 2. COMMENTS SECTION D, SEE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 INSTRUCTIONS, CONVERSION IS REQUIRED AS PROJECT WAS
 PERMITTED UNDER A MAP WHICH UTILIZED NGVD29 DATUM. FOR
 ALL ELEVATIONS IN SECTION C2, INCLUDE A CONVERSION TO
 NGVD29.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT, AS OF 2017, FOR COMMUNITY RATING
 SYSTEM (FEMA) AUDIT, ALL ELEVATION CERTIFICATES FOR NEW
 CONSTRUCTION AND SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE
 REVIEWED BY THE AUDITOR IN A DIFFERENT STATE AND
 REGION. THE PROJECT'S COMPLIANCE WITH FBC FLOOD
 PROVISIONS AND NFIP (FEMA) REQUIREMENTS ARE DOCUMENTED
 BY THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE.
  
 THIS REVIEW IS PASSED WITH THE UNDERSTANDING AND
 AGREEMENT THAT THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE
 REVISED AND PROVIDED TO ME OR JULIO GOMEZ WITHIN SEVEN

 SECTION D AS REQUIRED BY THE FEMA ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 AND INSTRUCTIONS 2015 EDITION.
