 PARKING AREA DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM
 DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SPACES, NOR THE DRIVE
 AISLES. ADDITIONALLY, THE EXISTING PARKING LOT DOES NOT
 COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS, SUCH AS
 TERMINAL ISLAND AND LANDSCAPE BUFFERS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT AESTHETIC OR LIFE-EXTENDING TREATMENTS
