 THE PROPOSED LOCATION IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD
 HAZARD AREA WITH A BFE OF 6'NAVD88 (OR AS DETERMINED BY
 THE FLOOD INSURANCE STUDY), AND PER CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH ORDINANCE 4729-17, SEC. 18-34(A) AND (B), TWO
 FEET FREEBOARD REQUIRED (DESIGN FLOOR ELEVATION, DFE).
  
 PROVIDE A SURVEY WHICH SHOWS THE ELEVATION AT THE
 PROPOSED LOCATION. REVISE THE PLAN TO SHOW THE PROPOSED
 ELEVATION OF THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE.
  
 ANY ELEMENTS BELOW DFE ARE TO BE DESIGNED TO RESIST
 FLOOD LOADS. ALL EQUIPMENT AND FINISHED FLOOR TO BE AT
