 TYPE & SPACING, CONNECTORS AND CONNECTION TO EARTH. IT
 APPEARS THERE IS NOT INTENT TO DESIGN FOR WIND
 RESISTANCE PURSUANT TO FBC CHAPTER 16 FOR THE LOCATION
 AS RISK CATEGORY II BUT REATHER FOR A LESSER WIND
 RESISTANCE WITH INTEND TO REMOVE IN THE EVENT OF
 FORCASTED HIGH WINDS. IF THE LATER, PROVIDE DETAILS FOR
 THE MAXIMUM WIND DESIGN. FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE INTENT IS
 TO REMOVE PRIOR TO FORECASTED 75 MPH WINDS, PROVIDE A
 DESIGN CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING 90 MPH WINDS AND PROVIDE
 THE REMOVAL PLAN.
