 ONLY ONE EXIT IS REQUIRED FROM BUILDINGS AND SPACES OF
 THE FOLLOWING OCCUPANCIES:
 (1.) IN GROUP A, B, E, F, M, U AND S OCCUPANCIES, A
 SINGLE EXIT IS PERMITTED IN THE STORY AT THE LEVEL OF
 EXIT DISCHARGE WHEN THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE STORY DOES
 NOT EXCEED 50 AND THE EXIT ACCESS TRAVEL DISTANCE DOES
 NOT EXCEED 75 FEET. IN THIS STRUCTURE THERE ARE VARIOUS
 EXITS BUT THEY CONVERGE TO A SINGLE EXIT DISCHARGE ON
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING CONVERGING TO A SINGLE
 ENTRY/ EXIT. WITH THE ADDITION AND USE OF THE NANA WALL
 SYSTEM THESE DOORS THESE MAYBE A PROBLEM WITH EXITING
 IF THEY ARE TO BE CONSIDERED ON AN EGRESS PATH. THE
 OTHER ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED IS THE USE OF
 SLIDING GLASS DOORS WITHIN THE DINING ROOM TOWARDS THE
 EAST SIDE SEPARATING DINING ROOMS.
  
 2B) THE OTHER ISSUE THE FLOOR PLANS SHOW IS TWO SETS OF
 STAIRS BUT THERE IS NO ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE/ EXITS SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS. 2014 ACCESS. CODE 206.4.1 PUBLIC
 ENTRANCES. IN ADDITION TO ENTRANCES REQUIRED BY 206.4.2
 THROUGH 206.4.9, AT LEAST 60 PERCENT OF ALL PUBLIC
 ENTRANCES SHALL COMPLY WITH 404. FOR THE MAIN DINING
 ROOM/ BAR AREA THERE NEEDS TO BE (2) ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCES AS WELL.
  
 3) THE S1 SHEET DOES NOT HAVE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA
 FOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND
