 3) THE PLANS HAVE BEEN SHRUNK AND WILL NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM PLAN SIZE OF 1/8 INCH/ FOOT. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY,
 OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN
 ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM
 SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED
