 SPECIFIES EITHER #10 SHEET METAL SCREWS FOR METAL WALL
 OR 3/8" EXPANSION ANCHORS FOR CONRETE WALL. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS

 1) CITYPLACE OFFICE TOWER MANAGEMENT APPROVAL IS
 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) THE TEXT AND ELEVATION DRAWING APPROVED AS PART OF
 THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN PERMIT THE MEDIUM TENANT
 IDENTIFICATION SIGN AT THE TOP OF THE 5TH FLOOR ON THE
 EAST BUILDING ELEVATION. THE SUBMITTED EAST ELEVATION
 PLAN SHOWS THE SIGN AT THE TOP OF THE 6TH FLOOR.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE ELEVATION DRAWING INCLUDED IN THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN SHOW THE APPROVED SIGN
 LOCATION FURTHER TO THE NORTH ON THE BUILDING (IN LINE
 WITH THE SECOND COLUMN OF WINDOWS IN LINE WITH THE
 EXISTING INTECH SIGN).
  
 3) THE SIGN SIZE COMPLIES WITH CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN
 PLAN.
